ORDER Regarding Final Decision on Reduction of Sentence i/c/w Crack Cocaine Amendment re 149 Order as to Defendant Sylvester Watkins. Signed by Chief Judge Linda R Reade on 4/21/08. The Court grants a reduction in the defendant's term of imprisonment. The defendant's previously imposed 46 month term of imprisonment, as reflected in the judgment dated 1/4/07, is reduced to 37 months imprisonment. The defendant's new term of imprisonment of 37 months imprisonment applies to Count 1 of the superseding indictment. Except as provided above, all provisions of the judgment dated 1/4/07 remain in effect. As previously stated in the 4/20/08 order and without a separate order from the court, the duration and conditions of the defendant's supervised release remain unchanged.
