MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 130 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Amy Stanczyk. The Court will not consider or admit any of plaintiff's exhibits 1 through 13 produced during the 177 hearing on plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment, nor will it consider or admit exhibits A through E attached to plaintiff's email. As no record otherwise exists regarding these documents, and in the event this matter is reviewed by a higher court, the Court directs the plaintiff to electronically file through the CM/ECF system exhibits 1 through 13, and A through E within three days of the date of this Order (exhibits to be filed by 5/1/2017) (see text of Order). Signed by Chief Magistrate Judge CJ Williams on 4/28/2017. (skm)
