ORDER Regarding Final Decision on Reduction of Sentence i/c/w Crack Cocaine Amendment re 140 Order as to Defendant Prince Hamilton. The Court grants a reduction in the defendant's term of imprisonment. The defendant's previously imposed 70 month term of imprisonment, as reflected in the judgment dated 01/25/06, is reduced to 57 months imprisonment. The defendant's new term of imprisonment of 57 months applies to Count 1, Count 2, Count 3, Count 6, Count 7, Count 8 and Count 9 of the indictment. The terms of imprisonment for each count are to be served concurrently. Except as provided above, all provisions of the judgment dated 01/25/06 remain in effect. As previously stated in the 4/30/08 order and without a separate order from the court, the duration and conditions of the defendant's supervised release remain unchanged.
