REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION RE: 3 Complaint filed by Plaintiff Tamela K Bowers - It is respectfully recommended that unless any party files objections to the Report and Recommendation in accordance with 28 U.S.C. Section 636(b)(1) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b), within ten (10) days of the service of a copy of this Report and Recommendation, that the Commissioner's decision be reversed and this case be remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. Section 405(g), for a finding that Bowers was disabled from September 1, 2002, through June 28, 2004; and for further proceedings and development of the record to determine whether Bowers's disability has continued since June 28, 2004 - Objections to R&R due 12/21/2007.
