WITHDRAWN - MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - The Commissioner's decision is affirmed in part and reversed in part. The decision is affirmed with regard to the Commissioner's decision denying Jordan's application for Title II benefits, and reversed with regard to his application for Title XVI benefits. The case is remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. section 405(g), for calculation and award of Title XVI benefits with a disability onset date of July 11, 2003. AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 20 Motion to alter or amend judgment. The court's Memorandum Opinion and Order of September 30, 2008, was filed in error. The order and resulting judgment are withdrawn. The following amended opinion is substituted in place of the previous order, and the Clerk of Court is directed to issue an Amended Judgment consistent with this opinion.
