REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION RE: 15 Motion to Remand - It is recommended that unless any party files objections to the Report and Recommendation within ten (10) days of the service of a copy of this Report and Recommendation, that judgment be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against the Defendant, and that this case be reversed and remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 USC Section 405(g), with directions to consider whether there is new and material evidence related to Plaintiff's applications at issue in this case, and to develop the record as necessary to render an opinion that is based on all of the available evidence regarding Plaintiff's condition - Objections to R&R due 2/5/2007.
