ORDER Regarding Final Decision on Reduction of Sentence i/c/w Crack Cocaine Amendment re 142 Order, Set Deadlines as to Defendant David Allen Williams. The deft's previously imposed 240 month term of imprisonment as reflected in the judgment dated 2/19/1993 is reduced to time served. The deft's new term of imprisonment of time served applies to count 1, count 2, count 3 and count 4 of the indictment. Except as provided above, all provisions of the judgment dated 2/19/1993 remain in effect. As previously stated in the 2/21/2008 order, the duration and conditions of the deft's supervised release remain unchanged. The Clerk of Court is directed to send and fax a copy of this order to the BoP, that is, the place where the deft is currently incarcerated. The BoP is directed to release the deft, USM No. 02893-424 within 10 days of 3/3/2008. Signed by Judge Michael J Melloy on 3/3/2008.
