MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: 1. Petitioners Request for More Time to File a Response to the Respondents Answer and Brief in Support of Dismissal of Petitioners Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Dkt. 17) is GRANTED. Petitioners reply (Dkt. 19) is deemed timely. 2. The Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, including Petitioners supplement to that Petition (Dkt. 3 & 12), is DENIED.
