Evidence or testimony relating to Sections III and IV of the Dorsch/Keeran report and new opinion testimony by Dorsch or Keeran regarding infringement or critiques of Lueptow's CFD simulations beyond that disclosed in the Dorsch/Keeran report are excluded. Plaintiff's motion to exclude presentation of both Dorsch and Keeran as experts is denied as moot. Plaintiff's motion in limine to exclude expert testimony of Norcross and Bathija [160-1] is granted in part and denied in part. The parties shall not refer to Norcross' opinions in opening statement, in questioning witnesses, or otherwise in the jury's presence without prior court authorization. Plaintiff's motion to limit Bathija's testimony is denied as moot. Plaintiff's motion to exclude testimony of Breidenthal [161-1] is granted. Plaintiff's motion to exclude testimony of Sandler [162-1] is granted in part and denied in part. Sandler's testimony will be heard by the court outside the jury's presence. Counsel shall not refer to Sandler's testimony in the jury's presence. Plaintiff's motion to exclude reliance on prior art references and related testimony [163-1] is denied. Defendant's motions in limine [152-1], [155-1], [156-1], [157-1] are denied.
