MINUTE ORDER of 1/9/04 by Hon. John F. Grady: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a) is granted [4-1]. Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e) is denied [5-1] without prejudice. The court dismisses sua sponte all claims against the state court judges, DCFS, and all DCFS, OPG and MFCC employees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e)(2). The court also dismisses sua sponte kthe plaintiff's malicious prosecution, "free and appropriate public education," "kidnapping," and criminal conspiracy claims against the remaining defendants pursuant to Section 1915(e)(2). Plaintiff may have until 1/23/04 to file an amended complaint consistent with this opinion. Summonses shall not issue at this time. Entered Memorandum Opinion. Notice mailed by judge's staff (air)
