WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable John Z. Lee on 11/20/2012: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis 3 is granted. The Court authorizes the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to make deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Stateville Correctional Center. The complaint is dismissed without prejudice to allow Plaintiff to submit an amended complaint in accordance with this order. Plaintiff is given 30 days from the date of this order to submit an amended complaint. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order will result in a dismissal of this case.
