OPINION and ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Defendants' motion to dismiss counts III through VI of the Sixth Amended Complaint 487 and strikes the class allegations related to those counts, but denies GSB's motion to dis moot and orders that the Plaintiffs resubmit their motion for class certification 557 within a week of the Court issuing this order.
