MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 2/26/2017: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants in part and denies in part each party's motion for summary judgment [dkt. nos. 132, 143, & 155]. Specifically, the Court has (subject to the question raised in footnote 2) denied all parties' requests for summary judgment on the claims by AIC and the United States but has found certain points in plaintiffs' favor under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(g). In addition, the Court has granted defendant's motion to strike plaintiff AIC's request for punitive damages. The case is set for a status hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of setting a prompt trial date. (mk)
