MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. The IDOC defendants' motion 98 is granted. Judgment will be entered against plaintiff and in favor of defendants Anna McBee, Salvador Godinez, Marcus Hardy, Michael Lemke, Edmund Butkiewicz, Cynthia Harris, Landria Dennis, Royce Brown-Reed, and Karen Rabideau.The Wexford defendants' motion 102 is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is denied as to Dr. Saleh Obaisi, but granted as to defendants LaTanya Williams, Dr. Anton Dubrick, Dr. Imhotep Carter, and Wexford Health Sources, Inc. Judgment will be entered against plaintiff and in favor of defendants LaTanya Williams, Dr. Anton Dubrick, Dr. Imhotep Carter, and Wexford Health Sources, Inc. The sole remaining claim in this case is plaintiff's deliberate indifference claim against Dr. Saleh Obaisi.
