ORDER Signed by the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr on 2/7/2018: For the reasons set forth in the Statement below, the defendants' motions for summaryjudgment 112, 121, 126 are granted. The Clerk is directed to enter final judgment for all defendants, without costs. Any scheduled hearings are stricken and any pending motions are denied as moot. Absent a basis for extension, if Montano wishes to appeal, he must file a notice of appeal with this Court within 30 days of the entry of judgment. Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1).
