MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. We grant Moving Defendants' partial motion to dismiss 9 Exelon Corporation and Exelon Generation Company as parties to this litigation. Additionally, Exelon Nuclear is stricken from the complaint. Plaintiff may proceed with her employment discrimination claims against Defendant Exelon Nuclear Security. It is so ordered.
