OPINION AND ORDER. HBS' motion to dismiss 53 is granted in part and denied in part. The Court dismisses Plaintiffs' claims, to the extent that they are premised on the violation of 21 C.F.R. ยง 172.320 for use of L-Taurine and L-Glycine, without prejudice.
