MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the foregoing reasons, the defendants' motions 27 29 88 are denied. The parties are to appear for a status conference on April 11, 2017 at 9:00 am to set a discovery schedule. In the meantime, the Court directs the parties to the Case Procedures on its website regarding preemptive class motions, and asks the parties to consider entering into a stipulation that would obviate the need for the Court to address the placeholder motion for class certification, R. 8, while also addressing the concerns raised in Campbell-Ewald and Chapman.
