ORDER: The Court finds that in light of the ALJ's failure to submit new probative evidence to medical scrutiny and her decision to substitute her own judgment for that of a medical expert in formulating the Plaintiff's RFC, her determination that Plaintiff is not disabled is not supported by substantial evidence.
