That motion is granted, and a status hearing is set for 8:45 a.m. October 11, 2016, at which time defense counsel is expected to have made arrangements for Armstrong's telephonic participation unless Armstrong has previously taken action to obtain counsel. No. 46) to vacate Dkt. Nos. 43 and 44. This Court grants that motion. Because the anticipated settlement needs implementation, this Court retains jurisdiction over this action and a status hearing date is set for 9 a.m. October 5, 2017.
