MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. Signed by the Honorable Manish S. Shah on 11/7/2016: Ohio Security's motion to dismiss, 11, is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is denied as to the argument that Counts One and Two are time barred. The motion is granted as to the breach of contract claim. Count One is dismissed without prejudice to give the Condo Association an opportunity to amend the complaint to allege a plausible claim for breach of contract. Count Two is not dismissed.
