MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Revisiting the Defendants' Motions to Dismiss [63, 66, 69] the Plaintiff's state-law claims, the court GRANTS the motions with respect to Count IV of the Amended Complaint, and DENIES them with respect to Count V. Defendants Thut, Stewart, and the John Doe Defendants are dismissed from this action. The case will proceed only on the injunctive relief sought in Count V of the Amended Complaint, which is asserted by Plaintiff on its own behalf against Defendants Bandas and Palmer. Plaintiff is welcome to re-assert its requests for judicial action pursuant to the All Writs Act during the course of the litigation. Status hearing set for 8/7/2018 at 9:00 AM.
