MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order written by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 2/8/2018: For the foregoing reasons, the Court directs the Clerk to enter judgment in favor of the respondent on all of Sanchez's claims [dkt. no. 1]. The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability, as reasonable jurists would not find the Court's procedural default rulings or its merits ruling on count one debatable. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 2253(c)(2); Slack v. McDaniel, 529 U.S. 473, 484 (2000). Mailed notice.(pjg, )
