MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 1/8/2018: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants CNS's motion for a preliminary injunction [dkt. no. 6]. Brown is given thirty days from today's date to implement a system that will provide access to newly e-filed civil complaints contemporaneously with their receipt by her office. The Court orders CNS to post a bond in the amount of $5,000.00 as security pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c). If the parties believe a more specific order embodying the Court's grant of a preliminary injunction is required, they are to immediately confer regarding the wording of the order and are to present a draft for the Court's review and signature by no later than January 10, 2018. The case is set for a status hearing on January 29, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. (mk)
