REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS; Signed by the Honorable Iain D. Johnston on 5/4/2018: For the reasons detailed in the attached order, this Court finds the parties' proposed settlement to be fair and reasonable, and therefore recommends that the district court grant the joint motion for approval of the proposed settlement 18. Any objection to this Report and Recommendation shall be filed by May 18, 2018. Failure to object may constitute a waiver of objections on appeal. See Provident Bank v. Accordingly, there being no writtenobjection to the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, see 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1);Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b); Thomas v. Arn, 474 U.S. 140, 149-50 (1985), and the court havingreviewed the R&R, the court accepts the R&R and grants the motion.
