ENTRY Discussing (and granting) 16 Motion to Amend/Correct Complaint, Dismissing Insufficient Claims and Directing Further Proceedings: Clerk shall add the word "Amended" to the title of the amended complaint tendered on 10/6/2006, and shall file stamp and docket the amended complaint.
