ENTRY. With prior 2255 action having been adjudicated on merits and in the absence of authorization for present filing from Court of Appeals, this action is summarily dismissed for lack of jurisdiction per Rule 4 of Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings in U.S. District Court.
