REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to JONATHAN MICHAEL ANDERSON (1) re 47-The Magistrate Judge recommends the court adopt the above recommendation modifying Mr. Anderson's supervised release to include residing at the VOA for a period up to 6 months with all other terms of supervised release to remain pending the district court's action on this Report and Recommendation. ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION as to JONATHAN MICHAEL ANDERSON (1). Having reviewed Magistrate Judge Debra McVicker Lynch's Report and Recommendation [dkt. 55] that Jonathan Michael Anderson's supervised released be modified, the Court now approves and adopts the Report and Recommendation as the entry of the Court. Counsel for the parties and Mr. Anderson waived the objection period of time in open court. The Court now orders and modifies Mr. Anderson's supervised release to include residing at the Volunteers of America for a period of up to six (6) months with all other terms of supervised release to remain. ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. Having reviewed Magistrate Judge Tim Baker's Report and Recommendation [dkt. 67] that Jonathan Anderson's supervised release be revoked, pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. 3401(i), Rule 32.1(a)(1) Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and Title 18 U.S.C. 3583, the Court now approves and adopts the Report and Recommendation as the entry of the Court, and orders that the defendant's supervised release is therefore REVOKED, and Jonathan Anderson is sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General or his designee for a period of 12 months and 1 day with no supervised release to follow.
