ORDER - The Court GRANTS IN PART Mr. Reed's 75 Motion for Assessment of Attorneys' Fees and Costs and GRANTS IN PART Mr. Reed's 83 Supplemental Motion for Assessment of Attorneys' Fees and Costs.
