ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT - For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Tamara K. West's Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint (Filing No. 22). West is ORDERED to re-file her Amended Complaint, submitted at Filing No. 22-2, after she has added the appropriate case caption at the beginning of the Amended Complaint, which should identify the parties, this Court, and the case number, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. West is further ORDERED to effectuate service of a summons and the Amended Complaint on the defendants. Additionally, the Court DENIES as moot the Motion to Dismiss filed by IPTC (Filing No. 17) because the Amended Complaint resolves the issue raised in that motion by removing IPTC as a defendant. Thus, Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation is DISMISSED with prejudice as a defendant in this case. Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. Mail. Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 4/1/2016. (JLS)

ENTRY ON PENDING MATTERS - Plaintiff was not required to move to file an amended complaint as that request had already been granted. In reality, Filing No. 25 is an amended complaint, and the Court will treat it as such. The Clerk is directed to terminate the Motion to Amend Employment Discrimination and re-docket Filing No. 25 as Plaintiff's Amended Complaint, filed as of the date of this Entry. Because she is proceeding in forma pauperis, the Amended Complaint is subject to screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(e)(2). If not previously accomplished, Plaintiff is to effectuate service of the summons and the Amended Complaint on the sole defendant, MV Transportation, Inc. Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. Mail. Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 5/5/2016.(JLS)
