ENTRY ON PLAINTIFF'S 23 MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION - The court finds that Plaintiff has satisfied his burden to obtain a preliminary injunction of the Policy, which prohibits Court Services employees from participating in "political activity." Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Filing No. 23) is GRANTED. Defendants are hereby ENJOINED from enforcing the Policy against Court Services employees, except that Court Services employees are still barred from running for or holding elective office. Plaintiff need not post a bond. Signed by Judge Richard L. Young on 5/6/2016. (NRN)
