(GSO)ENTRY REVIEWING THE COMMISSIONER'S DECISION - The Court GRANTS IN PART the Commissioner's 31 Motion to Remand to the extent that it VACATES the ALJ's decision denying Mr. Caincross benefits and REMANDS this matter for further proceedings pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g) (sentence four) so that the ALJ can properly consider Mr. Caincross' lifting and carrying abilities in light of the medical evidence. The Court DENIES IN PART the Commissioner's 31 Motion to Remand to the extent that it finds remand is not necessary for the ALJ to "re-evaluate the statements of the claimant's wife." The Court also REMANDS this matter for further proceedings. Judgment shall issue accordingly. (See Entr
