ORDER granting 50 Defendants The Travelers Indemnity Company, The Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company, and Travelers Property Casualty Company of America's, combined Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Northern Insurance Company's Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Amended Complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff has 28 days from the date of this order to amend its Amended Complaint.
