ORDER - Mr. Gray's 18 Motion to Transfer Case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, is DENIED. Because Mr. Gray's 31 opposition to USAA's 3 Motion to Interplead Funds, rests on his transfer arguments and that request has been denied, USAA's 3 Motion to Interplead Funds is GRANTED. It is THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff USAA Life Insurance Company, by counsel, and in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 67, is authorized to deposit into the Court registry the life insurance proceeds from the life insurance policy, calculated at the contractual interest rate from the date of death to the date of the Court Order. USAA is ORDERED to file a notice of this Order in Cause No. 1:16-cv-01784 pending before the Northern District of Illinois within three business days. (See Order.)
