REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 Complaint-The Court should find that substantial evidence does not support the ALJ's determination that Huffman is not disabled. The District Judge should therefor REVERSE and REMAND the matter to the Social Security Administration for further proceedings. Any objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation shall be filed with the Clerk, and failure to timely file objections within fourteen days after service shall constitute a waiver of subsequent review absent a showing of good cause for such failure. Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore on 6/19/2017.(CBU)
