ENTRY REVIEWING THE COMMISSIONER'S DECISION - For the reasons detailed in this Entry, the Court VACATES the ALJ's decision denying Mr. Kelley benefits and REMANDS this matter for further proceedings pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (sentence four). The Court notes that on remand, the ALJ must adequately address whether Mr. Kelley meets or medically equals Listing 1.04, and must ensure that she adequately explained her credibility determination and her RFC determination.
