ORDER granting 18 Motion for Revocation of the Release Order as to GARY HIGGINS (1) - The Government has met its burden of proving by clear and convincing evidence that Defendant's release would pose a risk to the safety of the community and that no condition or combination of conditions would sufficiently ameliorate that risk. The Government's Motion for Revocation of the Release Order [Docket No. 18] is GRANTED and Defendant's Response/Motion to Strike [Docket No. 22] is DENIED. Mr. Higgins is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending trial or other disposition of this matter. Signed by Judge Sarah Evans Barker on 3/22/2017.(JD)
