Entry Granting In Forma Pauperis Status, Dismissing Teresa Koorsen as Plaintiff, and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [dkt. 2] is granted. The clerk shall update the docket to reflect that James Koorsen is the only plaintiff. The plaintiff shall have through March 17, 2017, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
