ORDER denying 138 Motion to Appoint Receiver. The appointment of a receiver is a drastic remedy that should be used only when all other methods of legal remedies have failed. Plaintiff has failed to make the necessary showing at this time that such an unusual remedy should be required by the Court. I do conclude that legal remedies do remain for the collection of the Judgment, and Plaintiff is free to pursue those remedies. Signed by Magistrate Judge William G. Hussmann, Jr., on 12/7/2015. (NRN) (Main Document 147 replaced on 12/7/2015) (NRN).
