ENTRY ON JUDICIAL REVIEW - Plaintiff Karen Dorris requests judicial review of the final decision of Defendant Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner"), denying her application for Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB").
