Entry Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment - The United States' motion for summary judgment 84 is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is granted as to claims related to the diagnosis the lipoma, the timing of the surgery, and the provision of pain medication for tenderness caused by the lipoma. The motion for summary judgment is denied as to the claim that Ellison's medical providers were negligent in the treatment of his wound at the time the sutures were removed.
