n Pratt on 8/29/2016. (JRB) Modified on 8/30/2016 (JRB).ENTRY ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS - For the reasons explained above, the Court GRANTS the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. 30 The Plaintiffs' Indiana law claims are DISMISSED with prejudice. However, the Plaintiffs' Mexican law claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiffs are afforded a narrow opportunity to file a second amended complaint within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Entry. If Plaintiffs elect to forego filing a second amended complaint within that time or if the Plaintiffs are unable to overcome the numerous deficiencies identified with regards to their Mexican law claims, the Plaintiffs' Mexican law claims will also be dismissed with prejudice (See Entry}.
