REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ON APPROPRIATE DISPOSITION OF THE ACTION - For all these reasons, the Magistrate Judge recommends that the Court grant Plaintiff's brief in support of appeal 14 and that this case be remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further consideration, consistent with this opinion. Any objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation shall be filed with the Clerk in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Failure to file timely objections within fourteen days after service shall constitute waiver of subsequent review absent a showing of good cause for such failure. SEE REPORT.
