ORDER granting 27 Defendant's Renewed Motion to Compel. By March 7, 2006, Plaintiff shall provide to Defendant the information required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1), as setout herein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by March 7, 2006, Plaintiff shall produce or make available for inspection and copying all documents responsive to Defendant's First Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 34.
