MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: granting in part and denying in part, Defendant Wattree's 15 Motion to Dismiss Counts; granting in part to the extent that the aggravated escape conviction may not be utilitzed but denied in part as to the burglary conviction as discussed herein. Defendant's 16 Motion to Suppress is denied. Further, regarding 17 Motion to Determine the Admissibility of Custodial Statements as to Michael D.
