MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 37 Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants are entitled to judgment on plaintiff's Title VII disparate treatment and retaliation claims based on defendants' decision to deny plaintiff's request (1) for a window office;(2) for a speaker phone and (3) for travel to an out-of-state conference. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants are entitled to judgment on plaintiff's claim under 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 that defendants deprived her of a liberty interest in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's Title VII disparate treatment and retaliation claims based on defendants' decision to (1) hire an unclassified male employee with the same job duties at a higher salary and (2) issue her a letter of reprimand remain in the case.
