MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part, denying in part and moot in part 3 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. The motion is granted with respect to KAAD claim and plaintiff's claim for punitive damages and these claims are dismissed with prejudice; the motion is denied with respect to plaintiff's Title VII claims against defendant TRC; and is moot concerning all other claims and parties.
