MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that an evidentiary hearing on defendant's Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 To Vacate, Set Aside, Or Correct Sentence By A Person In Federal Custody (Doc. #538) filed August 23, 2012 will be held on November 12, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. The hearing will be limited to defendant's claim that counsel was ineffective because he did not file an appeal after defendant asked him to do so.
