MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 9 Plaintiffs' Motion for Conditional Certification and for the Issuance of Court-Supervised Notice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT THAT the parties are directed to meet and confer about the form and substance of the notice and, if an agreement is reached, to submit the proposed notice to the court for approval no later than Monday, May 9, 2016. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, then plaintiffs shall file a motion no later than Monday, May 9, 2016 seeking approval of their proposed notice. Defendants shall then file their objections to plaintiffs' proposed notice and submit an alternate proposed notice no later than Friday, May 20, 2016. Signed by District Judge John W.
