MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT THAT this case is remanded to Johnson County, Kansas District Court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The court directs the Clerk of Court to take all necessary steps to effectuate this remand.
